April 2019 OnStage Free Stamp Sets
Daisy Lane Stamp Set

Hello Paper Crafters!! Today I’m going to give you a sneak peek at the April 2019 OnStage free stamp sets I received. One of my favorite things about OnStage is that we get free stuff. Everyone receives an all-attendee stamp set. This time it was the Daisy Lane stamp set which is part of a bundle with the new Medium Daisy Punch. All of this coordinates with the Daisy Delight stamp set and Daisy Punch which was released in the 2017-2018 Annual Catalog. Lots of beautiful imagery can be created with these two stamp sets and two punches.

Birch Stamp Set

I received this stamp set from the Prize Patrol. I was number 3 and everyone with that number won the Birch stamp set. One of my favorite trees is the birch tree. My father is from a place called Beaver Island, Michigan. It’s a beautiful island in Lake Michigan. The population is primarily of Irish decent. There are many white birch trees on the island. I have always been drawn to the unique bark with the long, horizontal lenticels that often separates into thin, papery plates. This set will work well with the Daisy Lane Bundle.

I made this birthday card for my brother Dale. As children we spent many wonderful summer vacations on Beaver Island in Lake Michigan. One of the things I associate with Beaver Island is birch trees. Birch trees stick out because of their unique coloring. I thought he would appreciate this birch tree themed card. I used the Birch background stamp that I received as my Prize Patrol giveaway. I paired it with Winter Woods (3 birch trees) and Amazing Life (Happy Birthday!). Taking my cue from nature, I used a color palette of Basic Black, Basic Gray, Whisper White and Smoky Slate. The Winter Woods stamp set will be carrying over to the 2019-2020 Annual Catalog. The Birch stamp set will be available June 4, 2019. The Amazing Life stamp set will be retiring on June 3, 2019.

Floral Essence Stamp Set

This stamp set was one of the sets we used for a Make n’ Take. One of the really fun things about the end of the event is that we get to take turns picking items on the table that we used for the make n’ takes. My favorite new suite in the catalog is the Perennial Essence Suite so I was really happy that I got this stamp set. Here is a swap I received from Daveda Leppke. Daveda was one of the presenters at the event and showed us many samples she created with this suite. This sample uses the Country Floral TIEF which is a carry over from the 2019 Occasions Catalog. This is my favorite embossing folder. The imagery is just so beautiful.
