Simple Stamping Birthday Card: Beauty Abounds & Better Together

Simple Stamping Birthday Card

Hello Paper Crafters!! Today we are making this Simple Stamping birthday card (#simplestamping) . I designed this as the first project for my new class: Introduction to the Art of Rubber Stamping. This card was designed with the February #simplestamping Challenge from Stampin’ Up! in mind. The project perimeters this month for a #simplestamping card include stamps, ink, paper & designer series paper.

Beauty Abounds Stamp Set

The Beauty Abounds stamp set is perfect for this challenge. This stamp set has a good mix of images, textural elements and a variety of sentiments. You can create soft and subtle backgrounds with the two bokeh stamps. You can read about it here. There is also a speckled stamp that can create interesting backgrounds. The two butterfly images and the floral image are great for focal points.
