What Type of Stamper Are You?
3 Types of Stampers
Hello Paper Crafters!! Stampin’ Up! has identified 3 levels of stamping crafters; beginner, casual and Avid. What type of stamper are you?
- Beginner: May do other crafts but is new to stamping.
- Casual: Experienced stamper with limited time for crafting.
- Avid: Very experienced stamper who loves to use all the bells and whistles.
I remember back in the early 2000’s when I was a new stamper. I loved experimenting with the supplies I had to come up with a new card creation. It was so thrilling to put ink to paper and make something I could share with others. One of my favorite things to do was make birthday cards. When I was on the PTA board for my children’s elementary school, from 2001-2006, I made a birthday card for each board member. I wish I had pictures to show, but I didn’t think to keep a record of my creations.
To cater to each type of crafter I have created 3 cards for you. The Gingham Gala Suite is perfect for all types of crafters. I hope I inspire you to create something beautiful.
Gingham Gala Suite
The Gingham Gala Suite is perfect for all types of stampers. Stampin’ Up suites are the best because they do all the hard work for you. All the products in a suite are coordinated to work together including everything from the stamp set, punch or dies, paper (card stock & DSP), colors, ribbons & embellishments. Stampin’ Up! is always on trend because they do their research. The colors in this suite (Balmy Blue, Daffodil Delight, Grapefruit Grove, Highland Heather and Lemon Lime Twist), the butterflies and the gingham pattern are all very popular right now. You will see them everywhere in crafts, fashion, & home décor. Watch this video to see how Botanical Butterfly, Organdy Ribbon Combo Pack and the Butterfly Elements (all of which can be earned for free) in the Sale-a-bration Catalog coordinate beautifully with the Gingham Gala Suite.

Sale-a-bration
There are 3 items in the Sale-a-bration Catalog, that you can earn for free, that coordinate with the Gingham Gala suite. My favorite item is the Botanical Butterfly DSP. One side has 4 different images of butterflies that are so gorgeous and 2 different botanical images. The reverse side is black and white with 3 different images of butterflies and 3 different patterned sheets. And the best part is that the Butterfly Duet punch works with 4 of papers. The second item you can earn for free is the Butterfly Elements which are pressed wood butterflies, flowers, and leaves that are ideal for embellishing cards, packaging, and more! The other item that coordinates with this suite is the organdy ribbon combo pack with 5 ribbons in the colors of the suite (Balmy Blue, Daffodil Delight, Grapefruit Grove, Highland Heather, Lemon Lime Twist).
There are so many lovely items in the Sale-a-bration Catalog that you will love.
